We want you to love your Cuyana pieces for years to come, so we offer returns on most items within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact to qualify for a refund.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your items in the original shipping box or a similar mailer, ensuring all original tags and dust bags are included.
Print and Attach Label
Generate your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; your refund will be processed once our team inspects the return.
